Job summary

The Movement Dance Experience is seeking a Dance Journey Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Las Vegas studio. You’ll greet guests, assist with trial classes, and handle inquiries while keeping systems organized and up-to-date.

The role combines customer service with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth dance journey for families. You will also drive enrollment, support merchandise and services, and collaborate with staff to maintain a vibrant studio environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Comfort with computers and basic sales concepts.
• Availability for evenings and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them on programs, events, and policies.
• Assist new trial students to ensure a welcoming first experience.
• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly.
• Handle concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
• Communicate schedules, events, and updates clearly and timely.
• Schedule trial classes, track absences, and maintain records.
• Organize Google Drive files, studio forms, and reports.
• Oversee supplies and coordinate staff/dancer scheduling.
• Support enrollment, upsell classes, merchandise, and services.
• Capture social media content and support promotions.
• Keep front desk areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
