Job summary

The Movement Dance Experience is expanding and seeking a passionate Visual Arts Educator to join our new Art Program in Las Vegas. You will lead engaging, age-appropriate visual arts lessons and foster a structured, supportive classroom environment that guides students through drawing, painting, and mixed media projects.

Ideal candidates are versatile, professional, and growth-oriented, with strong classroom management and the ability to inspire confidence in young artists.

Qualifications

• Open, consistent availability during program hours (Mon–Thu 3:00 PM–8:00 PM; Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• Willingness to teach across age groups and multiple art forms.
• Ability to follow studio procedures, safety standards, and curriculum structure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead structured, age-appropriate visual arts lessons.
• Maintain an organized, inspiring, and safe classroom environment; track student progress.
• Engage students and families with warm communication; support portfolios and showcases.
