Family Smiles LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Dental Assistant (Atrisco) to join our team. This full-time role offers an hourly rate with a $1,500 signing bonus for new, licensed Dental Assistants. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and Sat 9am-2pm, with opportunities for raises based on performance.

Responsibilities include chairside assistance, radiology equipment operation, sterilization, and patient education. Certification and bilingual skills are valued; growth to lead roles is possible.

Qualifications

• State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license.
• Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred).

• Day to Day Operations.
• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Patient Service and Engagement.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.
