Family Smiles LLC in Albuquerque, NM is hiring Dental Assistants who are passionate about patient care and dental health. The role includes chairside assistance, radiology operations, and ensuring sterilization and clean operatories.

You will engage patients, explain treatment plans, and contribute to a friendly, efficient clinic. Licensure is required, DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification preferred, with on-the-job training available through 90 days for DANB certification.

Qualifications

• State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license.
• DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
• Bilingual — Spanish preferred.
• Part-time and Saturday availability.
• OJT DA path available if DANB certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day Operations.
• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Patient Service and Engagement.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.
