Job summary

KOS Services Inc. / Family Smiles LLC is seeking dental professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. The role focuses on chairside assistance, radiology operation, and maintaining sterile operatories while engaging patients in treatment planning.

Qualified candidates will hold a state-issued Dental Assistant license or DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification. Bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental assistant or radiology certified per state requirements.
• DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification completed or in progress for OJT roles.
• Spanish language skills are preferred for patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of operatories and tools.
• Discuss treatment plans with patients and address questions.

$20-26 DOE.

Clinic hours

M-F 10am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm.

Your Impact

• Day to Day Operations
• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Patient Service and Engagement
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.

Qualifications

• State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license
• Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification

• Full time availability - preferred
• Candidates who are in progress of obtaining their DANB certification are also welcome to apply as an OJT, provided you are able to receive certification within 90 days of hire!
