Spicer Group seeks a Dam Practice Lead to guide our Surface Water dam initiatives. The role ensures successful delivery, budget control, and client engagement, while mentoring technical staff and coordinating with leadership.

The candidate will contribute to proposals, risk management, and strategic marketing efforts. Qualified applicants will have a PE license, civil engineering background, and experience in dam projects, with strong leadership and communication skills to grow the practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or business discipline, strong planning skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one state is required.
• Related professional certifications or qualifications help but are not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dam Practice within Surface Water to ensure quality, deadlines, and budget adherence.
• Manage practice utilization and financial performance; assist invoicing and contracts.
• Serve as Project Manager or SME on large multidisciplinary projects; engage in marketing and client relations.
