Job summary

Spicer Group is seeking a Dam Practice Lead to join our Surface Water division in Ohio. You will oversee dam-related projects, ensure quality, deadlines, and budget compliance, and mentor technical staff within the practice area.

The role includes strategic planning, client engagement, invoicing support, and potential project management on large multidisciplinary efforts, with opportunities to influence marketing and firm growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
PE license in at least one state is required.
Related professional certifications or qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee dam-related projects within the Dam Practice of Surface Water.
Manage practice utilization and financial performance.
Support quality management and risk mitigation.
Assist with invoicing and collections for technical service area clients.
Participate in proposals, contract negotiations, and project management as needed.
Mentor technical staff and support professional development.
Collaborate with leaders to align with company goals.
