Spicer Group is seeking a Dam Practice Lead to join our Surface Water division in Georgia. This role leads dam-related projects, ensures quality, and manages budgets and schedules while mentoring technical staff.

You will drive strategic planning, client engagement, and marketing of the practice, oversee risk management and invoicing, and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related business field is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dam projects in Surface Water, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence.
• Manage overall utilization and realization of Dam practice.
• Support and contribute to Dam practice financial performance.
• Support quality management; identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and assist with invoicing and collection of A/R for technical service area clients.
• Participate in contract negotiations and interviews when proposals are won.
• Write professional service agreements by request.
• Strategic planning and communications with leadership on goals and vision.
• Manage technical staff performance, development, and mentoring.
