Young Life Incorporated in Dallas seeks a passionate, bilingual leader to guide Vida Joven Capernaum for Spanish-speaking families of kids with disabilities. The role may be full-time and focuses on serving 50+ families while expanding outreach across DISD.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, enjoys building cross-cultural bridges, and will recruit volunteers, partner with churches, and lead ministry teams with excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Leading cabin time and discipleship spaces in Spanish at club/camp.
• Helping make clubs and campaigners more bilingual.
• Recruiting and developing Spanish-speaking volunteer leaders.
• Building partnerships with Spanish-speaking churches and community groups.
• Conducting contact work with new students and families in the Capernaum context.
