Job summary
CVS Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Staff Pharmacist - FT to lead daily pharmacy operations and deliver patient-centered care in a retail setting. Qualifications
- Active Texas Pharmacist License.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
- Serve as the Pharmacy Manager on duty and oversee daily operations.
- Coach pharmacy staff to improve performance and ensure workflow compliance.
- Deliver clinical care services, including testing and prescribing where permitted.
- Manage inventory with focus on cold chain products.
- Ensure operations comply with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Proactively offer and deliver immunizations and train Pharmacy Technicians to immunize.
