• Oversee pharmacy operations as deputy to the Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Support inventory management and protection of cold chain products.
• Provide customer service and coordinate with the patient’s healthcare team to resolve issues.
