Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing with proper counseling and immunizations per policy.
• Lead and coach pharmacy staff on workflow, inventory, and patient interactions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Manage insurance, prior authorizations, and resolve patient concerns with empathy and accuracy.
