Responsibilities

• Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver safe, compassionate patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and serve as pharmacist-on-duty as needed.
• Improve patient experiences through counseling, immunizations, and medication management.
• Collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team to resolve insurance and medication issues.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws and CVS Health policies.
