Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for large, complex projects.
• Own overall performance: safety, schedule, quality, cost, client satisfaction.
• Mentor Project Managers and field teams.
• Set strategy, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and change management.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive reports and updates for leadership.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Participate in preconstruction, estimating, and negotiations.
• Ensure delivery per standards and contractual requirements.
• Promote safety, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement.
