Daksta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

You will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, manage budgets and resources, and provide regular updates to senior management. The role offers opportunities to drive complex projects across Denton, Dallas, and surrounding Texas locations.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of professionalism and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, HCSS, HeavyJob, HeavyBid, Viewpoint, or similar platforms (preferred).
