Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee recruiting of new employees.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
• Lead strategic growth of the Dallas Retail Advisory business, expanding revenue, market share, and client engagement.
• Serve as a visible leader within the Dallas retail real estate community, building relationships with owners, developers, investors, retailers, and partners.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, strengthening key client relationships, and expanding service offerings across retail.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop brokerage talent, focusing on experienced producers and emerging leaders.
• Grow market share across core service lines and maintain CBRE's competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Regional Group Presidents and senior leadership to execute growth initiatives and objectives.
• Ensure broker operating platforms create a competitive advantage through recruiting, retention, productivity, and development.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance while boosting productivity and engagement across retail platform.
• Achieve insight into business performance against growth, recruiting, and operational objectives.
• Lead by example, model CBRE's values, influence stakeholders, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse groups.
• Apply extensive business, industry, and leadership expertise to improve methods, processes, and standards.
• Identify and solve complex operational, organizational, and strategic challenges using internal and external resources.
