Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply seeks a Regional Warehouse Operations Manager to drive inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and network optimization across branches. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure system adoption with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will partner with leadership to reinforce safety, compliance, and operational standards while leveraging Eclipse, Innovo, Fleetio, Miti, and Samsara tools to achieve scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Regional Operations Manager.
• Knowledge of Distribution, Inventory Control, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Sales.
• Extensive knowledge of network systems; strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to drive compliance and efficiency.
• 4-year college degree in business management or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse & fleet execution, inventory accuracy, and process standardization across branches.
• Lead inventory control initiatives, cycle counts, RGAs, and slotting optimization.
• Provide daily operations oversight, queue management, audits, and performance reviews.
• Drive network optimization, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as SME for Eclipse, Innovo, Fleetio, Miti, and Samsara implementations.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and development of warehouse and driver teams.
