Crawford Electric Supply in Austin, TX is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations, drive efficiency, and lead regional teams. You will coordinate training, asset management, and operational reporting using Power BI to inform executive decisions.

The role focuses on improving service levels, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to standard processes across branches within the Southeast region of the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years’ clerical or administrative experience in the electrical distribution industry.
• Computer literate; proficient with Solar/Eclipse ERP and Power BI; good writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives assigned by the RVP and coordinate area-wide operations.
• Oversee property and building management and asset tracking in the area.
• Coach Branch Managers and Warehouse Leaders; train and develop teams.
• Ensure consistent warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory standards.
• Deliver executive-ready summaries from complex data for leaders.
• Monitor inter-branch transfers, job management, and cost controls.
