Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for the RDC/Branch location. This role leads warehouse operations, inventory, and cross-functional coordination to best serve contractors and customers across the Southeast US.

The ideal candidate will bring ERP and BI proficiency, strong communication, and a proven track record in clerical and administrative roles within the electrical distribution industry.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and office software proficiency required.
• Proficiency with Solar/Eclipse ERP software and Power BI is expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between sales and operations teams.
• Drive project execution to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Manage facility maintenance needs for the Warehouse.
• Oversee branch inventory coordination with RVP, Branch Manager, Sales, and Regional Purchasing.
• Monitor backlog and ensure timely order release.
• Support warehouse layout and storage optimization.
• Review inventory adjustments and product returns for proper credits.
