Job summary

Simon Roofing is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Dallas Region to join our growing commercial roofing team. Candidates with outside sales experience and a drive for professional development will thrive in our training-focused environment.

You will cultivate new client relationships, nurture existing accounts, and pursue opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and strong communication. Remote-friendly, with uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience; roofing experience not required.
• Must reside in the Dallas, TX region and be willing to work remotely.
• Cold calling/prospecting experience and strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Provide consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
