Job summary

Simon Roofing, a leading commercial roofing solutions organization, seeks a Regional Sales Representative for the Houston Region. You will cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones within your territory, supported by comprehensive training and an uncapped bonus potential.

Your role focuses on consultative roofing solutions, prospecting, and organized outreach to strengthen the value proposition of Simon Roofing.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience (roofing experience not required).
• Work and reside in the Houston, TX Region (REQUIRED).
• Willing and able to work remotely (work from home).
• Cold calling/prospecting experience.
• Customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of the local community in your territory.
• Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills; internet research capability.
• Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated with a business development mindset.
• Strong organization, listening, and sales closing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Job Requirements:

• Generous base salary of $60,000 per year (and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses)
• Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year
