Simon Roofing is seeking a Regional Sales Representative (Remote) for the San Francisco Region. You will develop and nurture client relationships, provide consultative roofing solutions, and drive new business opportunities from prospecting to closing.

This role offers comprehensive training, an uncapped bonus potential, and clear growth within a well-established national roofing company. Candidates must reside in the SF Bay Area and be prepared to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Work and reside in the San Francisco, California Region (REQUIRED).
• Willing and able to work remotely (work from home).
• Cold Calling/Prospecting experience
• Customer service oriented.
• Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.
• Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.
• Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.
