Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct or in-home sales experience.
• 2+ years of public speaking and presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-planning decisions
• Master the art of setting appointments and delivering impactful pre-planning presentations
• Use Navigator to complete contracts accurately and efficiently
• Monitor all sales activities and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Utilize Velocify to track contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-ups
• Employ various methods such as cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events to generate leads
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and a commitment to doing “whatever it takes”
• Stay informed about relevant topics, including veterans’ benefits, social security, and end‑of‑life decisions
