Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking a proven Multi-Unit Manager to lead the Dallas market, coaching General Managers and building a high-performance team. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of developing leaders in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• 3+ years of successful multi-unit leadership.
• Direct oversight of approximately 6–10+ locations.
• Experience developing General Managers and other salaried leaders.
• Proven success building leadership pipelines and succession plans.
• Experience improving performance in underperforming locations.
• Responsibility for market-level sales, labor, profitability, and P&L.
• Experience analyzing financial and operating reports and taking action.
• Thrives in a complex, fast-paced, high-expectation setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers across the Dallas market to deliver guest experiences and results.
• Build leadership bench through coaching, development, and succession planning.
• Set clear expectations and cultivate accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong store presence and coach leaders in real time.
• Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and ensure execution.
• Ensure consistency of company standards across locations.
• Review conditions, guest experience, staffing, and key metrics to spot trends.
• Own market-level performance including sales, labor, and profitability.
• Analyze reports to drive strategies for better results.
• Partner with General Managers to uplift underperformers and sustain top stores.
• Communicate with Marketing, Finance, Training, Maintenance, and other teams.
