Qualifications

• 2-3 years of complex commercial litigation experience with strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills.
• Case management experience; leading oral arguments, taking/defending depositions, and significant party and third-party discovery experience.
• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials; admitted or in process to become admitted in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Support a cohesive and collaborative Litigation team with a multidisciplinary practice.
• Contribute to client service excellence and development within a hybrid work model.
