Job summary

Vedder Price P.C. in Dallas seeks a litigation associate to join our Litigation team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of complex commercial litigation, strong research and writing skills, and case management experience, including leading oral arguments and handling depositions.

About you:

• You have 2-3 years of complex commercial litigation experience, including very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills;
• You have case management experience, and ideally have taken the lead in oral arguments, taken/defended depositions, and have significant party and third-party discovery experience;
• You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials;
• And you are admitted (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in Texas.

Compensation:

• $230,000 - $240,000 annual base salary
