Job summary

Vedder Price P.C. seeks a litigation associate for the Dallas office to join a cohesive Litigation team. The role offers exposure to a prestigious client base and opportunities to work with shareholders, participate in business development, and provide outstanding client service.

The candidate will have 4–7 years in complex commercial litigation, strong research/writing skills, and may have energy regulatory experience. Texas bar admission or progress toward it is required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in case management; lead oral arguments and depositions preferred.
• Energy litigation or energy regulatory exposure is a plus.
• J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
• Admitted or pursuing admission in Texas.

Responsibilities
