Job summary

Vedder Price P.C. in New York is seeking a litigation associate with 3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our collaborative Litigation team.

You will work closely with shareholders, participate in business development and client-facing activities, and benefit from a robust Total Rewards Package, including a hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two remote.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Deposition, case management, drafting complaints and motions.
• Strong research and brief writing skills.
• Admitted in New York or pursuing admission.
• New Jersey bar admittance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Support litigation team with research, drafting, and discovery.
