Protouch Staffing seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join a growing litigation practice in Dallas, TX. The role offers a hybrid schedule with a full-time commitment and a compensation range of $140,000-$160,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will handle complex matters, develop strategic litigation plans, and advocate for clients through hearings, depositions, and trials, including real estate and business disputes. A manageable caseload and professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of litigation experience, with in-court hearings and trials preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Strong oral advocacy and exceptional legal writing skills.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload with limited supervision.
• Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from intake through appeal.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice.
• Handle matters primarily involving real estate and business disputes.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and other parties throughout the litigation process.
