Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Undergraduate Education.
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset.
• A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales & estimating to complete supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker projects.
• Process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend meetings, order products and arrange shipping.
• Manage third‑party subcontract installers on job site installations.
• Review and price change orders; pursue profitable changes.
• Address delays, site conditions, installation issues, and day‑to‑day challenges.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on orders and material deliveries.
• Work with project managers, warehouse staff and drivers to complete projects.
• Close deficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction with project delivery.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.
