Job summary

Inter‑Co Division 10 in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial washroom and locker room projects from quote to completion. You will coordinate shop drawings, site measures, and shipments, manage subcontractors, price changes, and resolve on-site challenges while collaborating with sales, estimating, and warehouse teams.

You will drive project delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in-office in Austin.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Undergraduate Education
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
• A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects with sales & estimating teams.
• Process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, and arrange shipping.
• Manage third-party subcontract installers on job site installations.
• Review and price change orders and pursue profitable changes.
• Resolve delays, site conditions, installation issues, and other project challenges.
• Collaborate with manufacturers/suppliers on orders and material deliveries.
• Work with project managers, warehouse managers and drivers to complete projects.
• Complete project deficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction on delivery.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.
