Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 is hiring a Project Manager for our Austin, Texas branch. This in-office role focuses on coordinating the purchase, installation, and delivery of commercial washroom and locker room projects, while interfacing with sales, estimating, customers, and subcontractors.

You will handle shop drawings, site measures, attend meetings, and work to resolve issues to ensure timely, profitable project delivery. A strong customer service mindset and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be asset.
• A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales & estimating team to complete supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects.
• Coordinate shop drawings, site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange shipping.
• Manage third-party subcontract installers on job sites.
