Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 is hiring a Project Manager for our Austin, Texas location. The role encompasses coordinating supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects, processing shop drawings, site measures, and meetings, plus managing subcontract installers and orders.

You will review change orders, chase profitability, and resolve on-site challenges while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
• Driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects with sales and estimating teams.
• Process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, and arrange shipping.
• Manage third‑party subcontract installers on job sites.
• Review and price change orders; pursue profitable change orders.
• Resolve delays, site conditions and installation issues during projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers on orders and deliveries.
• Work with project managers, warehouse managers and drivers to complete projects.
• Close out projects with customers and address deficiencies; assist with warehouse/inventory.
