Responsibilities

• Handle insurance-related litigation in state and federal court from initial pleadings through trial or resolution.
• Analyze policy language, coverage questions, liability, and exposure.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, and attend hearings and mediations.
• Work closely with partners and communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
