Responsibilities include handling matters from investigation through resolution, conducting pre-suit investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Must have civil litigation experience (Construction defect, product liability, utility litigation, premises liability, or insurance defense)
