You will handle a wide range of insurance defense and coverage matters, draft pleadings, conduct research, and advocate for clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The ideal candidate has a JD, admission to the state bar, at least 3 years of experience, and strong written and oral communication, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance litigation experience.

Responsibilities
