Job summary

Faropoint, a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm, seeks a driven Property Manager with 2–5 years of industrial/commercial experience to support acquisitions and ongoing portfolio operations.

You will coordinate maintenance, assist in due diligence workflows, manage tenant contacts, and help with monthly and quarterly investor reporting, while working with the Investments Team to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience in industrial/commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of the Atlanta market (text from listing).

Responsibilities

• Assist with transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions and onboarding properties.
• Maintain properties by scheduling routine maintenance and enforcing occupancy rules.
• Develop analytical tools to help leadership understand portfolio state and streamline processes; assist lease administration.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with technicians; prepare bid proposals, service contracts and invoices; assist scheduling maintenance requests.
• Prepare and code invoices for PM/AM approval; manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
