Job summary

Faropoint is seeking a Senior Property Manager to cover our Dallas region. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of property management experience in industrial real estate and a drive to advance into private equity real estate management.

You will oversee asset operations, coordinate cross-functional leasing priorities, manage maintenance schedules, and support budgeting and reporting to investors. The role requires travel and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

3+ years of Property Management experience in industrial/commercial real estate.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field.
Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.
Ability to interface with decision makers while maintaining confidentiality.
Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

Manage industrial assets including tenant support, reporting, and tenant relations.
Coordinate leasing priorities, capital projects, and portfolio performance with PM/AM teams.
Schedule maintenance, coordinate technicians, and manage service contracts.
Prepare and code invoices; assist in AR/AP.
Assist lease administration, insurance tracking, and tenant contacts.
Support market analysis, negotiations, and due diligence for acquisitions.
Contribute to annual budgeting and rent reviews; assist with investor reporting.
