HITT is seeking a Project Executive - Government in Dallas, TX to lead government construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications

10+ years of commercial construction experience and knowledge of public‑sector projects.
Experience delivering government, federal, municipal, or other public‑sector construction projects.
Strong understanding of government contracting, procurement, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level oversight of government/public‑sector construction projects.
Lead projects from preconstruction and estimating through construction, turnover, and closeout.
Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs and pursue new government opportunities in Dallas.
Develop and manage detailed estimates, scopes, bid packages, and subcontractor proposals.
Mentor project teams and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and contracting officers.
