Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the condition of the facility, including office areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.
• Respond to cleaning requests submitted through Microsoft Teams or Outlook.
• Spot-clean spills, glass, entry doors, and floors as needed.
• Assist with desk setups, office moves, and furniture arrangements.
• Setup spaces as needed for special on-site events or meetings.
• Reset conference rooms and collaborative spaces after meetings.
• Support special projects and workplace improvements as assigned.
