Job summary

Global-Technical-Talent-1 is seeking an entry-level Facilities Lead in Dallas, TX to support the Facilities Department. You will work with Senior Facilities Manager to align on goals and execute initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while fostering a customer-focused culture.

The role offers an opportunity to network with senior stakeholders and potential conversion to full-time, with typical 37.5 hours per week and an on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and multitasking required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong judgement to troubleshoot and solve unique situations.
• Interface with staff, managers, head office, contractors and vendors.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilities management for the Dallas office, including premises, furniture, equipment, telecoms and HVAC.
• Maintain an inventory of vendor COIs and scheduled maintenance.
• Input purchase orders and facilitate invoice processing per accounting guidelines.
• Onboard premises vendors with risk assessments using TPRM and Legal.
• Monitor tickets in the Facilities Intake Management System (FIMS).
• Coordinate seating and occupancy across departments with approvals for exceptions.
• Perform additional facilities duties as needed.
• Support the reception desk at end of day.
• Monitor and manage the facilities inbox.
