Job summary

Axxess is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our legal team in Dallas, supporting corporate governance, regulatory compliance and contract management in a fast-paced tech healthcare environment.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years’ paralegal experience, and familiarity with MS Office and legal operations software. Competitive benefits offered, including 401k and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate environment.
• This is a 100% on-site position in our Dallas office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
• Experience with contract management or legal operations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support legal initiatives and assist with task execution and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and healthcare industry regulations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional legal requests with Finance, People, Operations, Product, and Sales.
• Maintain corporate records and assist with entity lifecycle and IP portfolio tracking.
• Prepare memoranda, summaries, and tracking materials for regulatory and corporate matters.
• Draft and organize commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, vendor agreements) and renewals.
