Job summary

cyberThink is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a 6-month hybrid role in Dallas, TX. You will support business contracts and grant agreements by drafting, reviewing, tracking, coordinating execution, and maintaining contract records.

You will assist with licensing obligations, respond to subpoenas, and help with due diligence research. Reports to the Director, Legal Counsel and works with Senior Managers; position runs through March 2027.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• 5+ years paralegal experience.
• Proficient with Windows applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and grant agreements.
• Coordinate execution and maintain contract records.
• Assist with licensing/registration obligations across states.
• Support subpoenas/regulatory requests and document production.
• Assist with charity due-diligence research and legal analysis.

Job Description:

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support business contracts and grant agreements by drafting, reviewing, tracking, coordinating execution, and maintaining contract and agreement records. You will also assist with DAFgiving360's multi-state licensing and registration obligations; help review, research, and resolve legal guidance requests from business teams; monitor the Service of Process program; support the collection, preparation, and production of documents and information in response to subpoenas and regulatory requests; and assist with charity due diligence research and related legal analysis. This position will report to the Director, Legal Counsel; work closely with the Legal team's Senior Managers; and is expected to continue through March 2027.

• Strong contract and agreement drafting skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to identify and analyze contractual issues and provide solutions

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
• Mid-level paralegal (5+ years) experience
• General computer proficiency with Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
