Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal experience in banking or corporate law required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and outsourced legal counsel.
• Draft, review, and maintain corporate resolutions and governance documents.
• Coordinate entity formations, dissolutions, and structural changes.
