Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking a Corporate Litigation Associate for a global Am Law 100 law firm in Dallas. The role focuses on high-stakes disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, and complex contracts, requiring 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong contractual fluency.

The ideal candidate will draft pleadings, handle discovery, conduct in-depth legal research, and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, collaborative BigLaw environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Active Texas State Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Ability to manage case files, deadlines, and litigation tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in high-stakes corporate and complex commercial litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies from complex contracts.
• Interpret merger agreements and other sophisticated transactional documents.
• Manage case files, deadlines, tasks, and day-to-day litigation responsibilities.
• Assist with depositions and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop practical strategies.
