Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Complex Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas, TX, for a leading AmLaw 100 firm. This hybrid role focuses on sophisticated complex commercial disputes, business litigation, and high-stakes civil matters across industries.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience, strong drafting and deposition skills, and the ability to manage significant portions of matters while collaborating with partners.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of complex commercial/business litigation experience.
• Experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes, contract claims, and corporate disputes.
• Experience litigating matters in state and federal courts.
• Strong drafting, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and working with fact and expert witnesses.
• Experience managing complex discovery and case strategy.
• Experience with hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and advance sophisticated complex commercial matters from discovery through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; coordinate with fact and expert witnesses.
• Manage discovery, document production, and case strategy.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to drive case strategy.
