Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, focused on high-volume roles (hourly and salaried).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting in distribution, logistics or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting tools; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Execute high-volume recruiting across multiple locations with strong pipeline flow.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR and Compensation to understand requirements and offers.
• Develop and refine job descriptions and hiring criteria; maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
