Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial office, retail, and/or industrial building systems.
• Knowledge of financial terms and operating budgets.
• Construction knowledge and EMS/BMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot building pumps, fire safety systems, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Negotiate contractor bids and complete comparisons.
• Maintain an organized scheduling and tracking system for maintenance requests.
• Be on call to work after hours and on weekends.
