Qualifications

• 4+ years of U.S. military experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of large office buildings or hospitals.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Strong electrical skills and experience with boilers/chillers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist in monitoring building system operations and performance.
• Perform mechanical maintenance and operational procedures to ensure maximum reliability of all systems.
• Responsible for performance testing and maintenance of HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
