Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in creating user stories, process maps, and test cases.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, reporting, and automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
Analyze processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Collaborate with admins, developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
Configure Salesforce functionality, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
Create and maintain user stories, process maps, and test cases to support solution delivery.
Support UAT planning, testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
Ensure data governance, security, and platform best practices.
